A dream come true for chocolate lovers, this fondue is fantastic with fruit, marshmallows, graham crackers and anything else you can dip in it. A true favorite at parties and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cups Salted butter
- 1/2 cups Cocoa powder, This is a key ingredient, so don't go generic.
- 3/4 cups Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cups Evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
- 1 Fresh pineapple
- 1 Bag marshmallows
- 10 Strawberries

Instructions:
Melt butter over low heat and stir in cocoa. Stir in sugar, salt and evaporated milk. Continue to stir until smooth, add vanilla and serve warm. Serve pineapple, marshmallows and strawberries along with the fondue. Be sure to offer skewers or forks and plates for dipping. |
