Sweet and spicy shrimp

A shrimp dish with a kick. Can be served over rice or pasta, but we recommend Recipe Rocket's Coconut Rice recipe for a delicious, sweet contrast.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoons red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons garlic cloves, sifted, minced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions:
Combine oil, garlic and pepper flakes over medium heat until slightly browned. Add onions, garlic and ginger, stir until onions are clear. Add shrimp and continue to cook for about five minutes. |
