Quick lasagna

A fast and fantastic alternative to traditional lasagna, this dish has all of the flavor and none of the fuss of regular lasagna.
Ingredients
- 1 pounds lean ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 32-ounce jar Ragu Garden Style sauce
- 1/4 cups red wine
- 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 cups fat-free cream cheese, at room temp
- 1/2 cups fat-free sour cream
- 1 box of no-boil lasagna noodles
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large non-stick skillet, brown the onion and meat over medium heat. Add the tomato sauce, red wine, chili powder, and pepper. Simmer over low heat.
In another bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and parsley and mix with a spoon or fork until smooth.
In a 9x9 cake pan, layer the meat sauce, noodles, cream cheese mixture and repeat layers. Top with cheddar cheese and bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let rest for 5-10 minutes to set. |
