Baked Chicken Fingers

This recipe is a grown-up version of a children's classic. Great as an appetizer or even a full meal, serve with sides of honey, ranch dressing, BBQ sauce or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
- 1 cups corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoons tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoons rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce, tobasco works well

Instructions:
Combine milk, honey and pepper sauce. Add chicken strips and marinate 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and roll chicken in mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. |
