Mini Meatloaves

Love meatloaf, but don't have an hour to wait until it's cooked? This recipe is ready in half the time!
Microwave some baked potatoes and heat up a vegetable and you have a meal ready to go in 35 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 pounds Ground beef
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 1 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cups Quick cooking oats
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Dried minced onion flakes
Topping:
- 2/3 cups Ketchup.
- 1/4 cups Packed brown sugar.
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Yellow mustard.

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl combine egg, milk, cheese, oats, minced onion and salt. Add the ground beef and mix well. Grease 4 mini loaf pans. (If you don't have mini loaf pans, form mixture into 4 miniature meatloaves and place in a lightly greased baking dish)
In a separate small bowl combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Stir thoroughly and spread over each meatloaf.
Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes. |
