Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Chicken breasts
12 ounces Fettuccine pasta
1 cups Butter
1 cups Heavy cream
1/4 teaspoons Ground white pepper
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
3 teaspoons Parsley, fresh
1/4 teaspoons Ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoons Garlic powder
Instructions:
Preheat grill on high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook chicken breasts for 5 minutes. Flip chicken and cook until done and no longer pink (approx 3-5 minutes).
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente; drain.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Stir in cream and pepper. Cook until mixture begins to thicken, approx. 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted. Stir in parsley, nutmeg and garlic powder, cook 1 minute longer.
Toss sauce with cooked pasta. Slice cooked chicken into 1/4 think slices and serve over noodles. Sprinkle with additional Paremsan cheese if desired.
