Individual Chicken Spinach Pizzas

Leftover cooked chicken and you don't know what to do with it? Have no fear, pizza time is here!
This recipe is quick and easy - and it will help you use up those leftovers!
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Marinara sauce
- 1 Flatout bread, (wheat tortilla shells work well too)
- 1/3 cups Frozen spinach, defrosted and thoroughly drained
- 1/4 cups Feta cheese, crumbled
- 3/4 cups Precooked chicken, chopped
- 1 tablespoons Fresh basil, sliced
- Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Prehead oven to 375 degrees F.
Spread the marinara over the flatbread. Top with chicken, spinach, feta and basil. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
Bake for 6 minutes. |
