Chicken Bruschetta

I love to grow tomatoes in the summer. But often times I have too many of them ripe at the same time. Not any more! The tang of the tomatoes give this chicken dish a great flavor.
I love to serve this dish with garden fresh vegetables and a loaf of French bread.
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/4 cups Basil, fresh
Topping:
- 2 tablespoons Sun-dried Tomato Viaigrette Dressing.
- 1 Tomato, chopped.
Marinade:
- 1/4 cups Sun-dried Tomato Viaigrette Dressing, (Kraft).

Instructions:
Preheat grill on high heat. In a large bowl place 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato dressing and chicken breasts, turn to coat. Let sit for at least 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-high. Grill chicken for 5approximately minutes on each side. Meanwhile, combine chopped tomatoes, cheese, basil and 2 TBSP dressing. When chicken is close to being done, top evenly with tomato mixture. Close grill cover to allow cheese to melt.
