Spicy Beef Vegetable Soup

This is a wonderfully easy recipe for the crock pot. Great with a side of cornbread muffins.
Ingredients
- 1 pounds Ground beef
- 1 Medium onion, chopped
- 1 Meatless spaghetti sauce, (28 ounce)
- 3 cups Water
- 16 ounces Package frozen mixed vegetables
- 10 ounces Can diced tomatoes & green chilies
- 1 cups Celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoons Beef bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoons Ground pepper

Instructions:
In skillet over medium heat, cook beef and onion until no longer pink; drain. Place cooked beef in crock pot. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. |
