What a great weekend treat! Waffles are light and fluffy.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 3 teaspoons Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Milk

Instructions:
Preheat waffle maker.
Measure dry ingredients into mixing bowl; stir. Separate egg yolks and whites into separate bowls. Combine egg yolks, milk and oil. Stir egg yolk mixture into dry ingredients. Beat egg whites until stiff. Carefully fold egg whites into batter. Do not over mix.
Pour batter onto the preheated waffle maker. Close and bake until done or light comes on. To prevent sticking, spray waffle maker with Pam cooking spray. |
