Slow cooking the steak makes it really tender. And a great recipe to throw together in the morning before work...your house will smell great when you get home - dinner is done!

Try Spanish Rice and/or guacamole with chips as a side dish for this recipe.
Or add sliced bell pepper pieces to this recipe.
Ingredients
2 pounds Steak, you choose the cut
2 Taco seasoning
1 Medium onion, chopped
4 ounces Can chopped green chilies
1 tablespoons Vinegar
8 Tortillas (7-inch)
6 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated
3/4 cups Sour cream
Instructions:
Cut steak into 2-inch strips; rub with taco seasoning. Place in a slow cooker. Top with onion, chilies and vinegar. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender. Remove steak from slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return to slow cooker and mix into onion and chilies.
Spoon meat mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with cheese and sour cream. Fold ends and sides over filling.
