Meatballs with Creamy Brown Gravy

These meatballs are super fast to make and are really flavorful. Throw in some pre-made gravy, sour cream and noodles and you have an easy meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pounds Ground Turkey
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Dried minced onion
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1/2 cups Oatmeal
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground ginger
- 4 cups Egg noodles
Topping:
- 12 ounces Beef gravy.
- 1/2 cups Sour cream.
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped.

Instructions:
Bring a pot of water to boiling and add noodles. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile in a large bowl mix turkey, ground allspice, black pepper, salt, ketchup, minced onion, soy sauce, oatmeal and ground ginger together. Form turkey mixture into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Heat a large pan to medium-high. Drizzle bottom of pan with a little olive oil and add the meatballs. Brown meatballs on all sides.
Turn heat down on pan to medium. Add gravy and sour cream to the pan of meatballs. Season with freshly chopped parsley. Serve over noodles. |
