Meatballs in Creamy Tomato Sauce

These meatballs are tender, easy to make and very flavorful.
Ingredients
- 1 pounds Ground turkey
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons Dried minced onion
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 1/2 cups Oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 4 cups Angel hair pasta
Topping:
- 14 ounces Spagetti Sauce, Tomato Basil sauce.
- 2 ounces Cream cheese.
- 2 tablespoons Basil leaves, chopped.
- 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated.

Instructions:
Heat a pot of water to boiling. Add a pinch of salt and angel hair pasta. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile in a large bowl mix together turkey, salt, pepper, allspice, ginger, minced onion, ketchup, oatmeal and soy sauce. Form into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Heat a large pan to medium-high. Coat the pan with a little olive oil and add the meatballs. Brown meatballs on all sides.
Add spagetti sauce, cream cheese and basil to the meatballs. Turn heat down to medium. Stir sauce until creamy. Serve over angel hair pasta. |
