Ingredients
- 5 cups Oats
- 1/3 cups Butter, melted
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1 cups Coconut
- 1/2 cups Almonds, sliced
- 1/2 cups Wheat germ
- 1 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 cups Raisins
- 1 cups Dried cranberries
- 1 cups Sunflower seeds

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350*F. Spread 5 cups oats in a 9" x 13" pan and heat in oven for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine in a bowl: melted butter, honey, vanilla, coconut, almonds, wheat germ and cinnamon.
Mix into pan with oatmeal and bake for an additional 45 minutes - 1 hour. Stir every 10 minutes for even browning.
After mixture cools add dried fruits and sunflower seeds.
Keep refrigerated in a tightly covered container. |
