Homemade Granola

Ingredients

  • 5 cups Oats
  • 1/3 cups Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cups Honey
  • 1 cups Coconut
  • 1/2 cups Almonds, sliced
  • 1/2 cups Wheat germ
  • 1 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 cups Raisins
  • 1 cups Dried cranberries
  • 1 cups Sunflower seeds
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350*F. Spread 5 cups oats in a 9" x 13" pan and heat in oven for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine in a bowl: melted butter, honey, vanilla, coconut, almonds, wheat germ and cinnamon.

Mix into pan with oatmeal and bake for an additional 45 minutes - 1 hour. Stir every 10 minutes for even browning.

After mixture cools add dried fruits and sunflower seeds.

Keep refrigerated in a tightly covered container.
