A classic
Ingredients
- 3/4 pounds Salmon Fillets, fresh
Marinade:
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced.
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil.
- 1 teaspoons Dried Dill.
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt.
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper.
- 1/4 cups Lemon Juice, fresh.

Instructions:
In a medium glass bowl, prepare marinade by mixing Garlic, Olive Oil, Dill, Salt, Pepper, and Lemon Juice.
Place Salmon fillets in medium glass baking dish and add the marinade.
Cover with aluminum foil and marinate in the refrigerator about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Bake, covered, 35 to 45 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork. (Check doneness after 20 min.) |
